PHOENIX — One person is dead and two others are hurt after a crash involving a bus early Monday morning in Phoenix.

The incident occurred around 5 a.m. at a transit facility near 75th Avenue and Van Buren Street.

Phoenix police say two transit employees had just gotten into a small "Circulator" bus when they turned it on and it moved forward. The bus then struck a man outside of the bus, as well as another bus.
