Detroit, MI : 2 men killed in Detroit crash on Saturday night, December 27, 2014

Two people were killed in a car accident in Detroit late Saturday night, according to firefighters.

Authorities say a car hit a tree and wrapped itself around that tree, causing the deaths.

The accident is in the area of Sussex Street and Eaton Avenue on the city's northwest side.

The incident is under investigation
