Sacramento, CA : An apparent case of road rage escalated into a chain-reaction crash on Wednesday, June 21, 2017

An apparent case of road rage escalated into a chain-reaction crash when a motorcyclist kicked a car he was passing on the 14 Freeway in Santa Clarita, Calif.
ABC7 in Los Angeles posted a viral video showing the wild confrontation. It was taken about 6 a.m. Wednesday from a car trailing the feuding motorcyclist and motorist.
In the video, the motorcyclist comes up alongside the car and appears to kick the driver-side door or just behind it. The car swerves right and then left, and hits the center divider in a burst of flames. It then careens back into traffic, colliding with a pickup truck. The impact causes the truck to flip over.
Avoiding the sliding truck, the motorcycle continues on without stopping. Other cars stopped to administer aid, ABC7 reported.
The station said the California Highway Patrol reported that at least one person involved in the crash was taken to the hospital.
So far no one has been arrested in the incident.
