Two people are dead after a head-on crash on Route 322 in Atlantic County on Christmas.
Hamilton Township Police said Lorri Thomas, 45, of Collingdale, PA, was driving her 2010 Nissan Altima east on the road, also known in that stretch as the Black Horse Pike, when she crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into a westbound car.
Inside the 2002 Acura TL was Carol Badgley, 52, and her father Robert Badgley, 85.
Thomas was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Badgleys were transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City. Robert Badgley was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said.
The Badgleys were both from Seaville, a section of Upper Township in Cape May County.
Traffic at the scene was delayed for hours on Monday afternoon while authorities investigated the crash and cleared debris.
