Hagerstown, MD : Jonathan Street pedestrian accident backs up traffic on May, Tuesday 9th 2017

The scene of a pedestrian accident at Franklin and Jonathan streets was clear at 5:35 p.m. after traffic backed up the intersection early Tuesday evening.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at about 4:45 p.m.

Hagerstown police said the accident did not appear to be serious, but the pedestrian was taken to Meritus Medical Center as a precaution.
