Ridgecrest,CA : Two juveniles injured in OHV accident on February, Monday 5th 2018

Two juveniles were transported to Ridgecrest Regional Hospital Monday evening after suffering injuries from a dune buggy accident, according to Ridgecrest Police Department.

Ridgecrest police officers responded to the 800 block of South Chesapeake Street just around 5:30 p.m. to find the two injured juveniles.

According to Sgt. Mike Atkins, the two juveniles were traveling on the dirt roadway next to the Bowman Bike Path when they took a sharp turn and rolled the vehicle.

Both appeared to suffer minor to moderate injuries. Liberty Ambulance paramedics were required to be removed from the accident scene by stretcher to the ambulance and transported to RRH for treatment.
