Hudson, NH : Massachusetts man arrested after two-vehicle crash on September 25 2015.

A Massachusetts man is accused of driving while intoxicated and fleeing the scene of an accident on Lowell Road in Hudson.
Hudson police said they received a report that a car fled the scene after a two-vehicle crash involving a 2012 Toyota Camry and a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado near 203 Lowell Road around 7:30 p.m.
According to police, witnesses reported the license plate of the car that fled. One witness followed the car east on Pelham Road -- which is completely closed near 36 Pelham Road for a bridge project -- and blocked the vehicle at the closure until police arrived.
Initial investigation revealed that the driver of the Toyota -- Ryan Spring, 25, of Pepperell, Massachusetts -- and the driver of the Chevrolet -- Brent Gelinas, 51, of Pepperell, Massachusetts -- were traveling north on Lowell Road near Oblate Drive.
Police said Spring was rear-ended by Gelinas, causing heavy rear damage to the Toyota.
Spring was treated at the scene by the Hudson Fire Department for a non-life-threatening injury, but he refused any further transportation to a hospital, police said.
Spring was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
Police determined that Gelinas was impaired while behind the wheel. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident.
