MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY : 1 person sent to hospital following crash in McCracken Co., KY on Thursday, 10th January 2019

Deputies with the McCracken County, Kentucky Sheriff’s Department responded to a crash around 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 10.
Deputies said the crash was on U.S. 45 at the Lebanon Church road intersection.
After investigating, they learned 64-year-old Terry Lynn Jones was headed north on the road in a 2010 Nissan Altima coming up to the intersection.
At the same time, deputies said 36-year-old Christopher Roberson from Paducah slowed his 2005 Buick Century to let her pass in front of him.
Deputies said Jones realized Roberson was slowing down and she attempted to stop but hit the rear of his car.
Both vehicles pulled to the side of the road to get out of the travel lane.
Deputies said Jones was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
