Ogden, UT : Pedestrian hit by car on Highway 89 in South Ogden on Wednesday afternoon, October 26, 2016

Police responded to an auto-pedestrian crash at the intersection of Highway 89 and Skyline Drive on Wednesday afternoon in South Ogden, officials said.

A woman attempting to cross Highway 89 at Skyline Drive was struck by a vehicle, but her injuries were not life-threatening, South Ogden Master Officer Bryan Hough said. Hough said she was using the crosswalk when the traffic light light switched to green.

Right lanes of traffic were temporarily closed, according to a tweet from UDOT, but Hough said that lanes were cleared by about 1:10 p.m.
