A crash occurred at the intersection of Horsecreek Road and Route 157 at about 4 p.m. Friday, Franklin state police say.
According to police, Robert Pelini, 60, of Warren stopped his 2012 Toyota station wagon at the intersection stop sign, then attempted to drive north through the intersection before it was safe to do so, striking a 2005 Buick LeSabre driven by Linda Tibbs, 60, of Oil City.
