Monett,MO : Man injured in single-vehicle wreck on September, Wednesday 27th 2017

An Eagle Rock man was injured Wednesday in a wreck at 1:03 p.m. on Highway 112, four miles outside of Cassville.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Gerald Kirkpatrick, 46, of Eagle Rock, was driving a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 when his vehicle failed to maintain a single lane of travel, went off the roadway and struck a tree.

Kirkpatrick suffered serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark.

He was not wearing a safety device, and the vehicle was totaled.
