New Orleans,LA : One man killed and another injured in Two vehicle crash on Interstate 10 early Monday August 3rd 2015

New Orleans police say a two-vehicle crash in Interstate 10 left one man dead and another in critical condition.

Officer Juan D. Barnes Sr. said in a news release that an SUV crashed into the rear of an 18-wheeler early Monday morning.

Barnes says the SUV driver, 28-year-old man, and his 32-year-old male passenger were taken to the hospital where the driver died a short time later.

Barnes says the Orleans Parish Coroner will release the victim's name and will conduct an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
