State police say a 92-year-old woman has been killed in a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in northern New York.
Troopers say 84-year-old Joseph Wilkins of Canton was driving on state Route 37 around 9:20 p.m. Monday when he made a left turn onto Route 68 in the town of Oswegatchie (ahs-wee-GAH'-chee), near the Ogdensburg city limits.
Police say Wilkins turned into the path of a vehicle driven by a 46-year-old Ogdensburg man. That vehicle T-boned Wilkins' car. His passenger, 92-year-old Dorothy Osterhout of Canton, died at the scene.
Wilkins was treated at the Ogdensburg hospital for minor injuries and released.
The driver of the other vehicle and his 8-year-old child weren't injured.
The investigation of the crash is continuing.
