PHELPS COUNTY, MO : Oregon county man killed in car crash on Sunday, October, 15th 2017

A Chevrolet Malibu driven by Kristopher Kerwin, 18, of Thayer, failed to stop and hit a truck driven by Nicholas Myslinksi, 32, of Illinois.

Kerwin travelled off of the right side of the roadway and Myslinski travelled off of the left side of the roadway.

Kerwin died at the scene and Myslinski has moderate injuries.

Next of kin has been notified.

This is Troop I's fourth fatality for October and 26th for 2017.
