KUNA, ID : A 22-year-old Kuna man died night in a fiery crash on May, Wednesday 3rd 2017

A 22-year-old Kuna man died Wednesday night in a fiery crash at the intersection of Swan Falls Road and Kuna Mora Road.

According to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, the man’s car hit a power pole on the side of Swan Falls Road, and the car was on fire when officers arrived. The crash was reported just after 11:45 p.m.

Officers pulled the man from the burning car, but he was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The victim has been identified as Weston R. Bailey. Bailey died of blunt force trauma from the crash, according to the Ada County Coroner’s Office. Toxicology results are still pending and may take several weeks, according to the coroner.

Bailey was the only person inside the vehicle.

Kuna Police is still investigating the cause of the crash.
