BULLHEAD CITY, AZ : Woman hurt after being thrown from vehicle in Parkway crash on Monday, 23rd April 2018

A woman was thrown from her vehicle Monday in a two-vehicle, head-on collission on the Bullhead Parkway at Locust Boulevard.

Crews from the Bullhead City Fire Department responded early Monday morning to the crash. Units arrived on the scene located a woman, the driver, who had been ejected from the driver’s side window.

The unidentified woman was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for treatment of a suspected head injury.

The driver of the second vehicle refused treatment at the scene.
