Josephine County, OR : Woman killed, 1 injured in head-on crash on Williams Highway on Tuesday, March 1, 2016

A woman was killed when a Ford truck crossed the center-lane and hit her car head-on on Williams Highway near milepost 2 on March 1 around 6:00 p.m., according to a press release from Oregon State Police.

Pamela Howard, 63, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Ford was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
