A man riding a bicycle is hospitalized after he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist in West Philadelphia.
Police say the 46-year-old was hit and thrown from the bike around 2 a.m. Tuesday on 52nd Street. He was taken to Presbyterian Hospital.
The vehicle drove off and police are reviewing surveillance video to try to identify it.
