Newberry, SC : 23-year-old Newberry woman killed in crash on Saturday October 17 2015

The South Carolina Highway Patrol said one person was killed in a crash in Newberry County on Saturday morning.
Troopers said Victoria Rose Moates, 23, of a 2006 Hyundai Sonata ran off the right side off St. Phillips Church Road around 9 a.m.The car struck a concrete building. The driver was the only occupant, was not wearing a seatbelt, was entrapped and was pronounced dead on the scene.
