A 17-year-old Fleetwood boy was killed and his younger brother injured Wednesday afternoon in eastern Berks County when a car crashed into several trees, authorities said. The 17-year-old was driving west in the 500 block of Oley Road, Ruscombmanor Township, at 5:51 p.m. when he lost control
