RUSCOMBMANOR TWP., PA : Police ID teen killed in Ruscombmanor Twp crash on Tuesday, 19th March 2024

Fleetwood Police have identified the teen killed in a Tuesday morning crash that closed a busy intersection for hours.

Authorities say 18-year-old Kenneth Swartzentruber of Fleetwood was killed after the car he was a passenger in collided with a truck at the intersection of Routes 12 and 73.

According to police, the truck was in the process of turning left onto Route 12 when the car entered the intersection and the two vehicles collided.
