LAS VEGAS, NV : 2 pedestrians hospitalized in hit-and-run crash on Monday, 6th May 2024

A pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run crash near downtown Las Vegas, police said.

On Monday around 11:40 a.m., Las Vegas police responded to a report of a crash involving multiple pedestrians in the area of South 4th Street and East Charleston Boulevard.

Evidence at the scene and witness statements showed that an unknown light-colored truck was driving northbound on 4th Street when it left its lane and ran over two pedestrians lying on the sidewalk. The truck left the scene before officers arrived, police said.
