Oxford, AL : Anniston woman killed, 2 injured in head-on collision in Talladega County on Friday morning, January 8, 2016

An Anniston woman was killed in a wreck with another vehicle on Friday morning near Oxford, according to state troopers.

Faleica Renay Moore, 38, died after the 2004 Chevrolet Impala she was driving collided head-on with a 2014 Honda Odyssey.

The wreck happened around 7:25 a.m. on Priebes Mill Road about six miles south of Oxford. Moore was pronounced dead at the scene, Trooper Chuck Daniel said.

The driver of the Odyssey and an 11-year-old girl were taken to Regional Medical Center in Anniston for treatment. There’s no word yet on their injuries.

Troopers say the crash is still under investigation.
