A driver veered off the road and hit a house in North Reading Friday morning. Police said they’re investigating the circumstances around the fatal crash.
The single-car crash occurred on Route 62, also known as Elm Street, police said. Police have not released the name of the driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
A portion of Route 62 was closed blocking access into North Reading from Middleton.
