A head-on wreck Tuesday morning in Laurens County left two people dead -- one dying after he was flown to a hospital, said Laurens County Coroner Nick Nichols.
Two cars were driving opposite directions on S.C. Highway 101, about 5 miles from Interstate 385, when they collided, Nichols said. Both drivers suffered multiple blunt force trauma injuries -- one died at the scene and the other at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
