QUINCY, IL : Quincy teen crashes into parked vehicle on South 22nd on Wednesday, 14th September 2016

A Quincy teen received a ticket Wednesday after he struck a parked vehicle in the 400 block of South 22nd.

A Quincy Police Department report said Nicholas A. Thasher, 16, was driving a 2000 Honda Accord when he waved at a someone in the yard at 418 S. 22nd and struck an unidentified vehicle parked on the street. Thrasher's car flipped over on its roof.

Thrasher was treated by Adams County Ambulance at the scene. He was issued the citation and released on a promise to appear.
