BARTON, VT : Dump truck driver injured in Barton crash on Monday, 15th October 2018
The driver of a commercial dump truck that crashed over a flood control wall and into Bartlett Run early Monday afternoon suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries, according to the Allegany County Sheriff's Office.
Eric Mowbray, 33, of Barton, was taken to the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center by Tri-Towns Ambulance, which responded to the 2:05 p.m. accident along with Barton and Potomac volunteer firefighters. Mowbray had been released from the hospital as of Wednesday morning, the sheriff's office said.
