Aspinwall, PA : A man killed in a crash on I-79 on Monday, July 24, 2017

Officials have released the name of a man killed in a crash on I-79 in Washington on Monday morning.

Michael Anthony Gordon, 69, of Washington, was pronounced dead just before noon, according to coroner Tim Warco.

Gordon was heading north on I-79 just after 11 a.m. when he crashed into the back of a tractor trailer that was stopped in traffic near the Racetrack Road exit, Warco said.

Warco said Gordon was not wearing a seatbelt.
