OKLAHOMA CITY, OK : A 37-year-old Midwest City woman was killed on Saturday, November, 18th 2017

A 37-year-old Midwest City woman was killed late Saturday when she was hit by a vehicle while she tried to cross Interstate 40, officials said.

The woman, identified as Eulysseea J. Ayers, tried crossing the interstate's eastbound lanes around 8:45 p.m. at Western Avenue when she was hit by a vehicle in the outside lane, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol accident report. Ayers was pronounced dead at the scene.
