Nevada City, CA: Highway 20/49 crash slows traffic in Nevada City area on Thursday, July 16th 2015

A two-car crash around 5:30 p.m. Thursday on Highway 20/49 near Nevada City resulted in one person being transported by ambulance and slowed traffic in the area. Both vehicles involved in the accident, a silver Hyundai Elantra and a white Ford Fusion, had their air bags deployed. One lane of traffic was blocked for approximately an hour with a detour at Uren Street.
