Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on I-5 on Friday afternoon.

A woman on a Can-Am Roadster motorcycle was northbound near milepost 224 at approximately 4 p.m. when she made an unsafe lane change, according to the State Patrol, and was hit from behind by a Toyota Prius. Both vehicles rolled and came to a rest off the roadway on the right side.

The motorcycle rider and the male passenger in the car were taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The female driver of the car was taken to Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon.
