St. Kilian, MN : One person dies in crash near St. Kilian on Wednesday evening, April 5, 2017

A Magnolia man was found deceased at the scene of a one-vehicle rollover Wednesday evening near St. Kilian.

According to Nobles County Sheriff Kent Wilkening, his department received notification of the crash at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday, and deputies responded to the scene on Nobles County 15, just north of St. Kilian.

Upon arrival, they found Aaron Charles Conkin, 34, of Magnolia, deceased at the scene. Conklin was partially ejected from the vehicle. It appears he was traveling south on Nobles County 15, drove down into the east ditch and rolled multiple times, said Wilkening.

The Wilmont Fire and Rescue initially responded to the accident scene, and the coroner was summoned.
