Quimby, IA : Two-vehicle crash in northwest Iowa that left one man dead on Monday September 22nd 2014

Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash in northwest Iowa that left one man dead. Fred Lukins, of Holstein, was killed Monday when his truck collided with a dump truck at a highway intersection near Quimby, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office. Lukins' vehicle was hit while he turned onto one of the highways. A passenger in Lukins' vehicle and the driver of the dump truck were injured in the crash, the Sioux City Journal reported.
