Jacksonville, FL :Jacksonville man dies Wednesday after crashing motorcycle on MLK Parkway on Wednesday, July 8th 2015

The man’s identity has not been released.Ethel Tolbert, 64, of Jacksonville tried to turn left onto the ramp to I-95 from the southbound lanes of the MLK Parkway in a Chrysler Grand Voyager but the motorcyclist struck the side of the van in the northbound lanes, according to the Highway Patrol.Keshawna Mathis, 21, of Temple Hill, Maryland was riding on the motorcycle and was transported to a hospital with serious injuries, according to the FHP.The crash happened about 7:35 p.m. and Tolbert was not injured.
