Longview, TX : Minor injuries after go-cart collides with car in Longview on Wednesday, February 1, 2017

A man sustained minor injuries Wednesday after his go-cart collided with a car in a Longview neighborhood.

Police said the wreck happened around 11:45 a.m. near the intersection of Clover Lane and Sylvan Drive.

The driver, identified as Jacovyn Glover, was taken to Longview Regional Medical Center, police said.

Police said the driver of the car left the scene after speaking with Glover and after he told her he didn't believe it was necessary for her to stay.
