Baton Rouge Parish, LA :Kenner woman dies in Interstate 10 accident on Friday, July 3rd 2015

Louisiana State Police say a Kenner woman has died in a two-vehicle accident on Interstate in West Baton Rouge Parish.Troopers identified the victim as 66-year-old Yvonne Gooch.State police says Gooch's vehicle collided Friday with a car that crossed the median after a tire blew out. They say Gooch's car was struck on the driver's side and overturned twice.Gooch was pronounced dead at the scene by the West Baton Rouge Parish Coroner's Office.State police say the driver and six passengers in the second vehicle were taken to local hospitals in minor injuries.The accident continues under investigation.
