Knoxville, TN : One injured after truck crashes into semi in East Knoxville on Friday, November 14, 2014

A driver suffered serious injuries when his truck ran off the roadway and hit a semi pulled over on the shoulder of Rutledge Pike. Knoxville police said crews took Kory Miller, 26, to University of Tennessee Medical Center. Officials said Miller is expected to recover. Officers said they don't know why Miller ran off the road at about 12:30 a.m. Friday. Police said the flatbed tractor trailer was legally parked on the shoulder.
