Gambrills, MD : Motorist injured in a single-vehicle crash on Annapolis Road and Neff Drive on Wednesday, December 2, 2015

A motorist was hospitalized Wednesday following a single-vehicle crash in Gambrills, a county fire official said.

When units responded at 12:10 p.m. to Annapolis Road and Neff Drive, they found a vehicle had struck a telephone pole, said fire department Capt. Russ Davies.

The 76-year-old driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was transported to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with possibly serious injuries, Davies said.
