Port Clinton ,OH :Multiple people injured in 11-vehicle crash at Wal-Mart in Port Clinton on Friday night ,july 3rd 2015

Eleven vehicles were involved in a crash at a Port Clinton Wal-Mart Friday night, injuring at least four people.

A pickup truck struck people walking in the parking lot and then hit several cars at about 8 p.m., according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office.

Three medical helicopters responded to the scene, according to the sheriff's office, and four people were injured.

Deputies said the driver of the pickup truck may have suffered a from a medical condition causing the crash.

The conditions of the victims have not been released.

The crash is under investigation.
