Las Vegas, NV : Motorcyclist injured after a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 95 near Boulder City on Tuesday morning, December 22, 2015

A motorcyclist was airlifted to University Medical Center after a crash on the U.S. 95 near Boulder City this morning, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

The wreck happened about 11:20 a.m. and involved an SUV and two motorcycles, authorities said.

U.S. 95 is closed north and south, and traffic is only getting by on the shoulders while the accident is under investigation, officials said.
