Malden, MA : Man riding a bicycle has died after being struck by a garbage truck on Wednesday afternoon September 17th 2014

Authorities say a man riding a bicycle has died after being struck by a garbage truck in Malden. The cyclist was struck at about 4:20 p.m. Wednesday on Lynn Street and ended up under the truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's name was not immediately released, but police say he was more than 30. The garbage truck driver stopped at the scene and there was no word on charges. The victim was seen in a nearby convenience store shortly before he was killed and police are reviewing surveillance video from the store. Source : Man riding bike killed in Malden
