The crash occurred at 4:38 a.m. north of Shopiere Road in the town of Turtle.
The truck's cab caught fire. The trailer was carrying volatile chemicals, so as a precautionary measure, authorities shut down both sides of the highway until a cleanup crew arrived and stabilized the chemicals. The Interstate reopened shortly after noon Saturday.
Wiebel was the only personin the car. No one else was reported injured.
