A teenager was critically injured when his vehicle crashed into several cars and struck a utility pole in Springfield Township.
Leonard Saxton, 19, of Toledo was driving south at about 5:35 p.m. Saturday when his vehicle collided with three cars stopped at Holland Sylvania and Angola roads. Debris struck a fourth car, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
The crash caused Mr. Saxton’s vehicle to overturn. He was taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio Hospital, with life-threatening injuries.
Kayla Harris, 29, and Damien Dotson, 28, both of Toledo, were taken to area hospitals with injuries that were not life threatening, troopers said.
