One person is dead after a crash in El Paso's Lower Valley.

No other injuries are reported at this time.


According to Fire Dispatch, the crash occurred around 1:31 AM on Cesar Chavez Border Highway going East and Fonseca Dr.

East bound lanes are closed until further notice.

Special traffic investigators are on route.
