Redding police closed California and South streets on Wednesday night to investigate a fatal crash. Redding police on Monday said a woman involved in a fatal two-vehicle crash last week lied about who was driving a car that ran a red light and slammed into a pickup. Lily Ann Richey, 20, of Cottonwood.
