Kalispell, MT : Woods Bay man killed in crash with semi on U.S. Highway 93 near Somers on Thursday morning, May 26, 2016

Flathead County authorities have released the name of a 42-year-old man who was killed in a collision with a semi hauling a loaded tandem-trailer near Somers.

The sheriff's office says Charles Long of Woods Bay died Thursday morning in the crash on U.S. Highway 93.

The Montana Highway Patrol says Long failed to negotiate a curve and crossed the center line, colliding with the northbound truck hauling wood chips.
