Orlando, FL : 2 arrested after stolen-car crash in Orlando that killed 89-year-old woman on Monday, 23rd December, 2019
The driver and passenger in the stolen vehicle that ran a stop light on Monday, crashing into two other vehicles and killing an 89-year-old woman, have been arrested, records show.
Seneca Howard, 33, and his passenger Deonte Jamel Bonvino Slaughter, 27, were arrested Monday evening, Howard on charges of grand theft of a motor vehicle and Slaughter on possession of meth with intent to distribute. Orlando police spokesman Sgt. David Baker said traffic homicide detectives are still working the crash investigation, and additional charges from the crash are possible.
Howard was driving a stolen red Nissan Monday about 11:30 a.m. when he ran a red light at Central Boulevard and Westmoreland Drive, crashing into two other vehicles, Baker said.
