Williston, VT : Massachusetts man dies at scene of Vermont crash on Interstate 89 in Williston on Sunday morning, November 2, 2014

Police in Vermont say a Massachusetts man is dead after his car went off Interstate 89 in Williston and struck a ledge. Police say the man - the only occupant of the southbound vehicle - was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident occurred at about 6:30 Sunday morning. Police are not releasing the man's name pending notification of his family. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and that speed does not have been a factor.
