The 4700 block of Big Tyler Rd is currently closed due to a 2-vehicle accident.
Metro Dispatchers say that two vehicles were involved in a head on collision this morning just after 7:30 a.m. near the 4700 block of Big Tyler Rd and Shawver Way in Cross Lanes.
Crews from the Tyler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department, the Institute Volunteer Fire Department, and the Kanawha County Sheriffs Department are currently on the scene.
Dispatchers say that the wreck caused a minor entrapment incident and at least one individual has been transferred from the scene with unknown injuries.
