LANCASTER COUNTY, SC : 2 drivers killed in early morning head-on crash in Lancaster Co. on Wednesday, 27th March 2019

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that left two drivers dead Wednesday morning in Lancaster County.
State troopers told Channel 9 reporter Gina Esposito that two people were killed in the two-car wreck at Camp Creek Road and Catoe Road, just outside the town of Lancaster.
Investigators identified the victims as 43-year-old Tamiko Moore Bristow and 45-year-old Tommy Eugene Faile.
The crash happened around 6:40 a.m.
Toby Roberts with the Camp Creek Volunteer Fire Department told Channel 9 there was little they could do when they arrived on scene.
